We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order for products in unworn, undamaged, Re-marketable condition. We will issue a refund if the item is in its original condition or lightly used. If you would like to make an exchange, please return your item and place another order. Return shipping is free.
We will start the return process within two business days once receive the information. And we will refund you within one business day once get your return tracking number. Money will be return back to your account within 7-15 days after we agreed. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

If you would like to make an exchange, please return your item and place another order or please email support@surewayfootwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order .We will start the exchange process within two business days once receive the information. Items must be in their original packaging.

surewayfootwear will provide a warranty for defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect, surewayfootwear will provide repair or replace the defective without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Products that have been repaired or replaced are warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.
